MAGNOLIA AVENUE: Modern Day Slavery

Synopsis:

Magnolia Ave is a two part crime drama showing the dark operations of human trafficking/sex trafficking and the police procedures behind its grizzly crimes. Based in Atlanta GA, Detective Allen and her partner Detective Harper with the Atlanta Police Department are called to some of the most graphic crimes scenes involving under aged victims. Each of their victims seems to have one thing in common, the markings of the biblical verse Ezekiel 25 verse 17. Detective Allen’s hunch leads her to believe that these crimes are the workings of a serial that her now retired father and his old partner Specialty Agent Rhodes used to hunt ten years ago. Detective Allen tries to convince her Captain to allow her to lead her own special team dedicated to high profile cases like these but runs into obstacles getting her captain on board so she takes it upon herself to reach out to an old contact to help her get this squad started.
